Job summary

Skilled Nursing of Denver is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and elevate resident outcomes in a dynamic skilled nursing setting.

RN licensure in Colorado is required; strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge are essential as you partner with the Director of Nursing to drive quality, compliance, and a positive, patient-centered culture across the building.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
• Preferred: quality measures and survey preparedness, infection prevention, staff development and education

What You'll Do

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility.

You'll be a key player in:

• Supporting and mentoring nursing staff

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
