Job summary

Heights Care & Rehabilitation, Denver, CO, seeks an experienced RN Leader for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to guide clinical operations and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory readiness.

You will drive quality improvement, lead infection prevention efforts, and contribute to staff development and interdisciplinary collaboration, while shaping a positive, patient-centered culture across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado is required.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion.

Responsibilities
