Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 8 years professional level experience with a light strategic impact.
• Experience in clinical supervision/oversight; supervision of therapists and licensed social workers.
• Experience with treating children/adolescents with mental health diagnoses and aggression.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight of therapists and social workers, including ongoing supervision and consultation.
• Oversee admission and discharge processes and ensure compliance with licensure and Joint Commission standards.
• Manage the Clinical Department and participate in quality/performance improvement and model of care development.
