• Active Virginia licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or equivalent
• Experience with adolescents in IOP/PHP preferred
• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field required

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in IOP/PHP
• Collaborate with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes on time
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to teens
• Work with interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care
