Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Adolescent Therapist/Counselor in Nampa, Idaho to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents. The role coordinates master treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team and documents progress in a timely, compliant manner.

This full-time position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with four days 8:30am–5pm and one day 11am–7:30pm, offering $34–$45 per hour. HIPAA-compliant care and family engagement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Active state licensure to provide treatment services.
• 1+ year of relevant field experience.
• Ability to work with diverse adolescent clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes.
• Communicate with treatment team and outside agencies.
• Develop and monitor written treatment plans with client and family involvement.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies.
