Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking direct support professionals for the Pamoja Program, a group home for adolescents. You will relate to clients, provide guidance, and use positive reinforcement to help them build life skills such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning.

The role includes a $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential and a starting wage of $15.92 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the Woods System of Care in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass mandated trainings including Crisis Management, CPR and First Aid.
• Operate vehicles legally and safely with company policy.
• Clearance under CHRI and NJ DHS Central Registry required.
• Must complete any required training as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities and health management.
• Participate in ISP development and planning team meetings.
• Complete required paperwork accurately (logs, ISP data).
• Comply with policies and licensing standards; cooperate with licensing and inspections.
• Promote ethical conduct and support mission of the program.
• Assist with medication administration and client safety.
• Engage clients in social, educational and community activities.
