Job summary

St. Luke's Prevention in Miami, FL is seeking a qualified clinician to manage screening, intake, assessment and treatment planning for consumers with substance use or mental health needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a related field, with Florida CAP credential or licensure in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field with clinical experience in Substance Abuse or Mental Health.
• Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) credential in Florida and/or FL License in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential consumers within 24 hours of referral.
• Prioritize urgent needs or emergency situations.
• Complete clinical intake documentation for admissions.
• Develop a service plan within 15–30 days based on assessment.
• Coordinate care with other service providers with consumer consent.
• Enter progress notes and monitor treatment plan goals weekly.
