Job summary

Mission Prep, part of AMFM Healthcare, seeks a compassionate Primary Therapist to join our residential adolescent treatment program in Hennepin County, MN. You will manage a caseload of 6-8 clients and their families, delivering individualized therapy for a range of acute mental health diagnoses.

As a Primary Therapist, you will provide individual and group therapy, case management, and comprehensive treatment planning in a structured, supportive environment with on-site services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Active/current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans and case management strategies.
• Deliver individual and group therapy and crisis counseling as needed.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation of treatment progress.
• Collaborate with utilization review for insurance authorization.
