Mission Prep, part of AMFM Healthcare, seeks a Primary Therapist for our adolescent residential program in Waterford, VA. You will manage a caseload of 6-8 clients, delivering individual and group therapy and coordinating with families to support treatment goals.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, LMSW or full licensure, and registration with the Virginia Dept of Health Professions. In-person work is required at our residential facility with comprehensive benefits and

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Active/current LMSW or full independent licensure and Virginia professional registration.
• Experience with EMDR and adolescents is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct clinical evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments with interpretive summaries.
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans and referrals.
• Provide individual and group therapy and crisis counseling as needed.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation of treatment progress.
• Collaborate with the utilization review team for insurance authorization.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; ensure compliance with standards.
