Job summary

Turnbridge is hiring an experienced RN/LPN to lead nursing care in our Adolescent Residential Program for ages 14–18. The role requires coordinating client-centered care, medication administration, and nursing assessments in a group home setting.

Shifts include 8am–4pm, 4pm–12am, and 12am–8am with at least one weekend day and potential on-call responsibilities. On-site position in New Haven, CT, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information.
• Experience in mental health and addiction treatment preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop nursing care plans and coordinate care for teens in the adolescent residential program.
• Administer medications and conduct nursing assessments for teens and young adults.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to ensure quality treatment in a group home setting.
