Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine Naperville seeks a Per diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents through recovery in our Naperville, IL residential program. The role requires commitment to 4 shifts per month, Sundays and Fridays 6a-2:30p, on-site, with pay between $17-$22 per hour.

Responsibilities include guiding clients along their recovery journey, assisting with meals, and facilitating groups. A Bachelor’s in Psychology is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• 1 year of experience in mental/behavioral health settings preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Key player in integrating and supporting clients through recovery.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with peers and the team.
• Assist in food preparation and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Exposure to therapeutic groups and development of core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.
