Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a full-time Recovery Coach to join the team at Winfield, Naperville, and Lombard programs. The role focuses on supporting adults through recovery from eating disorders, with shifts starting early morning and including Sundays.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. As part of a residential treatment program, you will collaborate with clinicians to assist meals, monitor progress, and engage clients in therapeutic activities,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years post-high school education or higher; degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting is highly desired.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• Good communication, client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork are required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey as a key team member.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the treatment plan.
• Engage clients with peers and staff to build healthy connections in the milieu.
• Assist in food preparation and set-up; model and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Expose clients to therapeutic groups and develop core skills for clinical growth.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments and activities.
