Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine Montgomery in Skillman, NJ is seeking a Per Diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents in a residential program for eating disorders. The role involves assisting recovery through structured activities, meals supervision, and coordinated care with the care team.

The position is on-site with day and night shifts. A minimum education and health-care experience, along with a valid driver's license, are preferred to support a collaborative treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Psychology preferred; 2 years post-high school education required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mental/behavioral health setting; required in some states.
• Valid state-issued Driver's License with safe driving history.
• Strong communication, client relations, teamwork, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention per treatment plan.
• Engage clients with peers and team in milieu.
• Assist in food prep and supervise meals and snacks.
• Model and supervise client meals.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments.
