Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Generose 1W unit (GE1W), a child and adolescent psychiatry program serving ages 2–18 in a short-term crisis model. The RN coordinates care, delivers direct patient care, and supports families within a structured team.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and potential for dedicated leadership while offering professional growth and an attractive benefits package. Expect flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA
• One year of professional RN experience required
• Excellent communication and teamwork with flexibility in scheduling
