Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse to join the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry unit. You will provide direct patient and family education, coordinate nursing care, and support transitions of care in a structured, patient-centered environment.

The role requires RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program and RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred; advanced certifications encouraged.
• Experience in pediatric/adolescent psychiatric care preferred.
• Ability to meet flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for patients aged 2–18 in a closed unit.
• Provide direct patient care and family education.
• Participate in care transitions and quality improvement.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff as needed.
