Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health – Vienna is seeking passionate therapists to provide individual, family and group therapy within a PHP/IOP for adolescents aged 12-17.

You will manage a small caseload, coordinate with families, and ensure compliant documentation while working a full-time weekday schedule in Vienna, VA. Supervision is provided for provisional licensure, with licensure options listed in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Virginia licensure or eligibility for LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT or fully licensed LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of up to eight to ten clients.
• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy with trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop comprehensive discharge plans with students and families.
• Maintain compliant documentation and Master Treatment Plan standards.
