Mission Prep Healthcare is hiring a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) in Minnetonka, MN. The role supports adolescents in residential treatment, coordinating daily activities and care under a mission-driven team.

You’ll work with clinical staff, supervise client services, and ensure a safe, compassionate setting while fostering growth and healing for teens and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Pass background checks (ADP Selective Screening and other Federal/State checks).
• Valid US driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience and clean record.
• Physical ability to walk/stand long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and navigate stairs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities.
• Intervenes and communicates with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with nurse and clinical team on medication management and records in EHR.
• Maintains residence cleanliness and hygiene.
• Engages with clients to foster a connected, inclusive environment.
• Facilitates recovery activities and documents in BestNotes EHR.
• Observes safety and reports client behavior and medication effects.
• Partakes in multidisciplinary care and adheres to CA DSS regulations.
• Conducts orientation on safety drills, exits, and first-aid procedures.
