Job summary

This role emphasizes CPI training, coaching staff, and continuous quality improvement with a focus on patient and family experience, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed or licensure transfer in MN (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, psychologist).
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with adolescents and families.
• Minimum two years in supervisory/management role preferred.
• One year of residential setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling for 24/7 supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Lead CPI training and de-escalation practices across teams.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to cover clinical and operational functions.
• Facilitate weekly clinical groups and provide clinical support when needed.
• Monitor patient experience data and drive quality improvements.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance and joint commission readiness.
• Lead monthly all-staff meetings and staff training.
• Back-up on-call support per rotation.
