Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Experience with emergency medical procedures (CPR, etc.).
• Massachusetts RN licensure and hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assess patient health needs.
• Administer medications and maintain records.
• Direct, supervise and coordinate care with staff.
• Develop and update patient care plans with the team.
• Respond to health/safety issues per protocols.
• Admit, discharge, transfer patients and educate patients.
• Mentor ward staff and perform shift reports.
