Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in nursing care of adolescent patients on an inpatient unit.
• Transcribe and administer medications per standard practices and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and develop/update patient care plans.
• Provide care coordination, health teaching, and nursing procedures as needed.
• Act as charge nurse on a ward for a shift when required.
• Respond to health and safety issues and document findings.
