Job summary

Mindful Health in Texas seeks a licensed group therapist (LMSW/LCSW/LPC-Associate) to deliver group psychotherapy and psychoeducational services in person or via telehealth within PHP/IOP programs.

The role requires a master’s degree, Texas license, and at least 1 year of clinical assessment experience; CPT/EMDR/WET training preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human development, counseling or behavioral science.
• Must be actively licensed in Texas to practice.
• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical assessment and diagnosis.
• CPT, EMDR, and WET training or certification preferred.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Experience serving military population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group psychotherapy and psycho-educational services according to PHP/IOP program schedule.
• Co-facilitate family therapy sessions within PHP/IOP programs per guidelines.
• Develop and review discharge plans with client and family.
• Complete psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission.
• Assist in developing interdisciplinary treatment plans with focus and interventions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and document encounters clearly.
• Maintain QA/QI processes to ensure evidence-based care and continuous improvement.
