Job summary

Mindful Health in Texas seeks a licensed clinician to deliver group psychotherapy and psychoeducational services, in person or through telehealth, within PHP/IOP programs.

The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral field, active Texas license (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LPC-Associate), at least 1 year of clinical assessment experience, and ongoing supervision where applicable. Mindful Health offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license in Texas (LMSW, LPC-Associate, LCSW, or LPC).
• At least 1 year of clinical assessment experience.
• Active supervision plan with LCSW-S or LPC-S if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide group psychotherapy and psycho-educational services.
• Co-facilitate family therapy sessions within PHP/IOP programs.
• Develop and review discharge plans with clients and families.
• Complete psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission.
• Develop interdisciplinary treatment plan with clients in PHP/IOP.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Document clinical encounters clearly and concisely.
• Assist in discharge planning and community referrals.
• Discuss day-to-day programming with clinicians to ensure quality care.
