Job summary

Sage Recovery & Wellness Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Program Therapist to provide virtual and hybrid therapy for adults and adolescents with substance use and mental health concerns. The role includes individual and group sessions, assessments, and coordination with the treatment team.

The candidate must hold a Texas LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LPC-A/LMFT license, have DBT training, and be able to work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling; hybrid work and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Texas master’s license in counseling or social work.
• Experience with substance use is beneficial.
• Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments within the 72 hour intake timeframe.
• Maintain client paperwork: daily notes, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries.
• Help clients develop relapse-prevention plans and continuity of care.
