This residential program serves adolescents with eating disorders, and the role involves leading therapy groups, providing some individual or family therapy, and supporting a recovery‑minded milieu.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in clinical counseling and be licensed or eligible, with experience in eating disorder treatment in residential or inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, psychologist).
• Experience treating eating disorders in residential or inpatient settings is preferred.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy groups.
• Provide some individual or family therapy as needed.
• Model healthy eating habits by eating meals to completion when on duty.
• Maintain a safe, recovery-minded milieu.
• Contribute to discharge and after-care planning.
• Provide empathetic, affirming care considering clients’ identities.
• Support telehealth services as needed during low census.
