The role includes individual, group, and family therapy, with a focus on adolescents struggling with eating disorders. On-site work is required with potential telehealth as needed.

The position emphasizes collaboration with families, outpatient providers, and insurance for care coordination, discharge planning, and aftercare support in a compassionate, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support and modeling healthy relationships with food.
• Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client.
