Clementine Atlanta in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Full Time Group Therapist to join our clinical team serving adolescents with eating disorders in a residential setting.

The role includes facilitating therapy groups, providing individual or family therapy, and supporting a safe, recovery-focused milieu. Experience in eating disorder treatment and licensure in a counseling field are preferred, with DEI knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW).
• Experience treating eating disorders in residential or inpatient settings is very helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy groups
• Provide some individual or family therapy
• Model healthy eating habits by eating meals to completion during mealtimes
• Maintain a safe and recovery-minded milieu
• Participate in discharge and after-care planning
• Provide empathetic, affirming care for each client considering intersecting identities

Clementine Atlanta, located in Sandy Springs, GA is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

• Model normalized eating habits by eating meals to completion when working during mealtimes
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and recovery-minded milieu
• Participate as needed in discharge and after-care planning
• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
• Maybe required to support virtual patient care and telehealth services as needed, including during periods of low census or to address coverage needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree, at minimum, in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
• Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.
