Job summary

Clementine Atlanta in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team serving adolescents with eating disorders. Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy; liaising with families and outpatient providers; coordinating discharge and aftercare planning; and supporting therapeutic meals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Liaising with families and outpatient providers.
• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client considering intersecting identities.
• May support virtual patient care and telehealth services as needed.
