Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible Georgia clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT); associate licensure considered.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year facilitating structured groups with adolescents or a comparable population.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions in a structured clinical setting.
• Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence.
• Apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches throughout sessions.
• Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
