Job summary

Greater Georgia Behavioral Health seeks a Program Director / Lead Clinician to launch and run Groundwork, a new Adolescent IOP in Fayetteville, GA. This full-time, in-person leadership role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, supervision of staff, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

You will oversee daily program operations, coordinate scheduling and resources, report to executive leadership, and ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Independent Georgia clinical licensure in good standing: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Board-approved clinical supervisor status, or eligibility, preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the adolescent IOP.
• Lead scheduling, program flow, staff coordination, and resources.
• Report regularly to clinical and executive leadership on operations.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for urgent matters.
• Provide administrative oversight of clinical and recovery staff; support documentation and compliance.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Ensure trauma-informed, ethical care and program integrity.
• Lead safety, QA, and compliance with state/federal standards.
• Coordinate emergency response and transport during incidents.
• Provide clinical leadership in DBT-A/TF-CBT, risk assessment, and payor review.
