Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies is partnering with Greater Georgia Behavioral Health to launch Groundwork, an Adolescent After-School Intensive Outpatient Program in Fayetteville, GA. We seek a per-diem Group Facilitator to lead teen group sessions and support co-occurring mental health and substance use care in a flexible, in-person role.

The position is scheduled up to 15 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 4:15 PM to 9:00 PM, with an ASAP start ahead of program launch.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or license-eligible.
• Independently licensed or license-eligible Georgia clinician strongly preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT); associate licensure (APC, LMSW, MFT-A) also considered.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year facilitating structured groups with adolescents or a comparable population.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions in a structured clinical setting
• Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
• Apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches throughout all sessions
• Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
