Job summary

Youth Consultation Service (YCS) in Paterson, NJ, seeks a clinician for a mixed clinical and case management role within Kilbarchan residential care. You will join a multidisciplinary team and provide individual, family, and group therapy while supporting discharge planning and safety planning for youth aged 12-17.

The position offers supervision, ongoing professional development, and a generous benefits package including paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• License to practice independently in NJ (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC, LSW).
• On-site supervision available for LSWs/LACs by an NJ licensed clinician.
• Flexible work schedule; 35 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Complete Strengths and Needs and Joint Care Reviews through Perform care.
• Develop safety/soothing plans with youth and family.
• Develop and work with youth and family on a comprehensive treatment plan and discharge plan.
• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Provide group therapy.
• Attend treatment team meetings.
