YCS is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Vineland, NJ. The role includes individual and group therapy, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning under the Clinical Director's supervision.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, generous paid time off, flexible scheduling, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Licensing in NJ and active supervision support professional growth and licensure within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field and a NJ license to practice independently.
• Or Master’s level therapist licensed in NJ with on-site supervision and plan to licensure within 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Complete Strengths and Needs, and BSP assessment for new admissions.
• Develop and implement safety/soothing plans with youth and family.
• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans for youths.
• Provide individual therapy where applicable.
• Provide group therapy where applicable.
• Attend treatment team meetings.
• Ensure Trauma Focused CBT, Structural Family Therapy, and Allied Therapeutic Leisure Pursuits for youth.
