Job summary

Kilbarchan Residential Program, a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Paterson, NJ. The role combines clinical therapy with case management and reports to the Program Director for supervision and professional development opportunities.

We provide individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents 12-17, with small caseloads to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• Licensed to practice independently in NJ (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LAC/LSW).

Responsibilities

• Complete Strengths and Needs and Joint Care Reviews through Perform care
• Develop and implement safety/soothing plans with youth and family
• Develop and work with youth and family on a comprehensive treatment plan and discharge plan (with new discharge)
• Provide individual and family therapy
• Provide group therapy
• Attend treatment team meetings

Education

Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or social work

NJ independent practice license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LAC/LSW)
