Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual services to patients under supervision.
• Take patient vital signs as directed.
• Complete medical records including filing and form tracking.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing procedures as directed.
• Coordinate care with program staff and supervision.
