Psychiatric Medical Care, LLC in Colquitt, GA is seeking a Mental Health Outpatient Program Administrator to lead the adolescent outpatient program, supervise Therapists and office staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will coordinate with the psychiatrist and operations leadership to meet regulatory standards, manage staff performance and budgeted outcomes, and engage the community with education and outreach.

Competenze

• Master’s degree preferred.
• RN or licensed Therapist.
• Must meet applicable state certification standards.
• Experience working with adolescents preferred. Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency using a PC in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and EMR.
• Experience communicating & working closely with Physicians.
• Understanding and experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Utilization management and review systems experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Oversee program staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Evaluate staff performance and recruit new staff.
• Provide community education to raise awareness of the adolescent outpatient program.
• Coordinate activities to meet budgeted operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the treatment team to ensure treatment plans are followed.
