Job summary

The Inova Keller Center invites applications for a Behavioral Health Therapist I. The role focuses on Intensive Outpatient Program work and support to Partial Hospitalization Program, based in Fairfax, VA.

It is a full-time day shift, with core hours 10:30 am – 7:00 pm, Mon-Fri, with some flexibility to cover PHP earlier as needed. Inova Keller Center emphasizes strong patient outcomes, supervision within a DBHDS framework, and a supportive work environment recognized in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in a mental health field is required.
• Two years of mental health/substance use disorder treatment experience.
• Experience with psychoeducational programming and targeted, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under clinical supervision or supervision by a DBHDS-registered supervisor.
• Coordinate care to connect patients and families with healthcare and community resources.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic, psycho-educational, and behavioral interventions to support goals.
