Inova Health seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist 4 for its PHP/IOP programs in Fairfax, VA. This full-time role supports clients stepping down from inpatient care and stepping up from outpatient care, delivering evidence-based therapies.

As a clinical expert, you will supervise colleagues and trainees, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and help drive individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes within the Inova Health system.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCP or LSATP at start.
• Five years post-licensure in mental health/substance use treatment.
• master's degree or doctoral credentials in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide range of therapeutic services, psychoeducational programming and behavioral interventions.
• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders with team.
• Serve as clinical supervisor and mentor to students/trainees.
