Qualifications

• Clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being.
• Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care.
• Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
