Job summary

Ambrosia Behavioral Health in Florida is seeking caring, reliable team members to support adolescents through behavioral health, substance use, and eating disorder treatment. We combine neuroscience and compassionate therapies to promote long-term recovery.

You’ll conduct rounds, monitor safety, assist with vital signs and documentation, and respond to emergencies with dignity. You’ll collaborate with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being throughout the day and night.
• Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care and accuracy.
• Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving the dignity of those involved.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
• Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment.
