• Maintain knowledge of advanced directives and scoring assessments.
• Participate in staffing and documentation of care plans.
• Provide safety-focused, therapeutic environment and de-escalation as needed.
• Deliver group and individual therapies aligned with care plans.
• Support performance improvement and patient/family satisfaction efforts.
