Job summary

Accenture PLC in New York seeks an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role to help clients adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformations. This is a combined solution architecture and hands-on configuration role requiring strong client consultative skills and practical marketing activation experience.

Travel may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre-sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions
• Hands of experience and knowledge of Workfront Fusion and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – Advising clients to define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner or supporting a client product owner.
• Configuration SME – Build and test configurations across Workfront capabilities following best practices.
• Internal Capability Enablement – Help accelerate growth through knowledge sharing, training, and partner certification.
• Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design, build, and configure Workfront functionality to meet business processes and requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with new clients and apply process design principles to define scalable solutions.
• Collect and analyze Workfront requirements against client processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configure Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approvals, statuses, roles, teams, groups, companies, layouts, and more.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution through to completion.
• Work cross-functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.

The Work:

• Solution Leadership – Working with our clients in an advisory capacity to help them define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner, or work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations and transformation programs.
• Configuration SME – Bringing Workfront design and configuration best practices to our clients, with the ability to build and test configurations across the full range of Workfront capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – Working with our internal teams to help accelerate practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.
• Providing best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Designing, building, and configuring Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
• Leading discovery sessions with new clients and applying process design principles to define scalable solutions.
• Collecting and analyzing Workfront requirements against client business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configuring Adobe Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, and more.
• Coordinating acceptance testing and driving issue resolution through to completion.
• Working cross-functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization
• Minimum of 2 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre-sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions
• Hands of experience and knowledge of Workfront Fusion and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Bonus Points If:

• You have a Adobe Experience Cloud certification in one or more of the following: Workfront, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo, or Adobe Analytics
• You have 1+ years of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant
• You have 1+ years of experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion
