Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Adobe Workfront Developer to design, configure, and optimize enterprise Workfront environments for major brands. This role goes beyond system administration, building scalable Workfront solutions and governance to transform how work gets done.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to implement best practices, automate workflows, and drive adoption across enterprise users, with a remote USA-based setup and NY presence.

Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront administration experience.
• Experience configuring workflows, custom forms, intake processes, and governance models.
• Knowledge of portfolios, programs, projects, tasks, issues, and resource management.
• Experience improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments.
• Design and optimize portfolios, programs, projects, request queues, and workflows.
• Create custom forms, fields, approval processes, and governance frameworks.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process optimization.
• Support resource management, capacity planning, and workload balancing.
• Build reports, dashboards, and insights that drive better decision-making.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across the Workfront ecosystem.
• Support integrations with Adobe and third‑party platforms including AEM, GenStudio, Frame.io, and other enterprise technologies.
• Help clients modernize how work is planned, managed, reviewed, and delivered.
