Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Adobe Workfront Architect with strong experience in designing scalable Workfront solutions and driving system integration efforts. This role will lead discovery sessions, create architectural diagrams, define workflow and object structures, and coordinate with technical consultants to ensure accurate platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect the overall Workfront solution and SaaS platform, including design workflows, data structures, and object structures.
2. Lead discovery sessions for all implementations and enhancements, including onboarding of new teams and personas.
3. Map processes and diagram systems related to workflow management and solution design.
4. Gather, document, and receive approval on business and technical requirements.
5. Create architectural diagrams.
6. Update design documentation based on stakeholder feedback, changes, and system evolution.
7. Work with the Configuration consultant to ensure system build and configuration according to design.
8. Provide system recommendations and identify integration points.
9. Advise on custom form streamlining and overall solution optimization, considering user experience and usability.
10. Support user acceptance testing and training; partner with the Sys Admin to create test scripts.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Workfront architecture, integration, or enterprise platform implementation.
• Adobe Workfront Certification is mandatory.
• Strong background in workflow mapping, data modeling, and technical design.
• Hands-on experience with integrations involving Workfront and related systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
