Job description

LeapPoint is seeking a Workfront Training Consultant to develop and execute training plans, pathways, and materials to effectively train clients on systems, process changes, and new technologies to jumpstart their digital transformation.As a subject matter expert, you will assess training needs, architect curriculum development strategies, and design persona-based learning pathways to support the adoption of content supply chain solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for empowering marketing professionals through education.

Note: this is a remote, work from home position

As a Training Consultant at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify training needs, learning objectives, and skill gaps related to content supply chain processes and tools
  • Design and develop comprehensive training plans tailored to diverse marketing personas (e.g., content creators, campaign managers, creative directors)
  • Create engaging training collateral based on curriculum using a variety of modalities to include PowerPoints, video, word documentation, and other SaaS - based solutions
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions (virtual or in-person) and provide ongoing support to ensure client success and adoption
  • Leverage adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Partner with internal teams to align training content with our content supply chain solutions, including platforms like Adobe Workfront or AEM Assets
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, iterating on content as needed
  • Document training materials, user guides, and best practices for client and internal use

The following skills will set you up for success:

  • 1-3+ years (level 1) / 4+ years (level 2) experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training, ideally within marketing or technology environments
  • Proven expertise in curriculum development, learning pathway design, and persona-based training strategies
  • Strong skills in creating static and dynamic training content using tools like Photoshop, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Storyline, etc. We may request examples of your work
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, content supply chains, and related technologies (e.g., Adobe Workfront, AEM, DAM, etc.) Adobe Certifications are a big plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging training content
  • Knowledge of change management principles to support technology adoption preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and relationship skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and managing multiple client projects simultaneously

Travel:This position may require approximately 10-20% travel

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The base salary for this role is $68,790 - $171,974. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results as a Training Consultant
