Job summary

Talent on Staffing seeks an Adobe Personalization & Experience Platform Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Cloud expertise. The role focuses on personalization strategy and Adobe architecture across Target, AEP, CJA, and Launch/Data Collection.

You will drive end-to-end personalization initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data-driven activation across the Adobe stack in MN as required by the client.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Target & Personalization, AEP, CJA, Launch/Data Collection and Web SDK.
• Experience leading personalization initiatives from concept through measurement across large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalization and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target (A/B testing, rule-based personalization, Auto-Target, recommendations).
• Architect and implement solutions using AEP, Real-Time Customer Profile, audiences, and identity services.
• Design and support Adobe Web SDK and Launch/Data Collection implementations for accurate data collection and activation.
• Leverage CJA insights to identify journey friction and personalization opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and analytics to translate insights into scalable Adobe solutions.
