Job summary

Reingold, a hybrid-role employer in Alexandria, VA, seeks an Adobe Email Marketing Specialist to design and run Adobe Campaign/AJO workflows, optimize data models, and ensure reliable deliveries. You’ll build, QA, and deploy campaigns while explaining constraints to clients and colleagues across non-profit and public sector projects.

You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, including data integration with CRM/systems, reporting, and testing, with a focus on email deliverability and CAN-SPAM

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on Adobe Campaign or AJO experience with production ownership.
• Ability to build multi-step workflows independently and justify each step.
• Strong SQL and JavaScript for Campaign scripting contexts.
• Relational data modeling knowledge and Campaign schema awareness.
• Deliverability know-how: authentication, sender reputation, bounce handling.
• HTML/CSS for email and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Adobe Campaign workflows and data models.
• Write and optimize SQL/JavaScript in workflows and diagnose slow queries.
• Integrate with CRM, web analytics, and client systems via APIs and feeds.
• Own email deliverability: authentication, warming, bounce management, testing.
• Execute end-to-end campaign calendar: pulls, templates, proofing, deployment.
• Manage lists, subscriptions, and CAN-SPAM compliant preferences.
• Create campaign reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain runbooks and explore AI-assisted workflow enhancements.
