Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

Responsibilities

• Build, test and execute campaigns with a low error rate
• Create delivery templates (Email/SMS etc), extend schemas, A/B test, send proofs, seed lists, etc.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather data, business and technical requirements
• Automate workflows
• Import and export data
• Design, diagnose and solve technical issues in workflows
• Apply segmentation and personalization techniques
• Provide guidance on the use of customer data and data governance
• Remain self‑motivated, self‑learner, and dedicated to customer success

Requirements

• 7+ years Adobe Campaign (Classic) experience
• Strong experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role
• Capability to implement campaign workflow orchestration, email delivery, and customization in workflow activities
• Good verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interactions, communications, and documentation
• Basic understanding of integration with downstream or upstream systems and communication channels
• Strong analytical skills
