Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to support reporting, analytics, data governance, and optimization initiatives. The role focuses on enabling robust CJA dashboards and ensuring reliable analytics across data sources.

The candidate will define requirements for data sources, collaborate with architects on AEP-CJA solutions, and ensure data is governed and modeled for activation and measurement needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe CJA and data governance for analytics.
• Ability to define data sources, schemas, and data views for governance.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support, optimization, and enablement for CJA reporting and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain robust data governance for reliable analytics.
• Define and operationalize requirements for new data sources ingested into AEP.
• Ensure data is properly modeled and available for CJA, activation, and reporting.
• Translate business and tech requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Serve as the technical SME for Adobe CJA and related platforms.
• Partner with architects to design scalable AEP-CJA solutions.
• Configure and optimize datasets, schemas, identities, and data views.
• Enable cross-channel customer journey analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, BAs, and Architects.
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and standards.
