Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Tools Developer to design and maintain automation scripts for Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). The role emphasizes high-quality scripting, troubleshooting after CC updates, and documenting architecture and workflows.

You will automate production workflows, test scripts, and integrate with web APIs and file systems while adhering to development best practices and sponsor standards. A Poly clearance is required for consideration.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining automation scripts for Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Demonstrated experience developing scripts for Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/ExtendScript and scripting interfaces/object models.
• Experience with Adobe UXP, CEP, or other Adobe extensibility technologies.
• Ability to develop, modify, debug, test, document, and maintain production-quality scripts.
• Experience automating complex production workflows involving document creation/modification, graphics/asset manipulation, and document export.
• Experience troubleshooting scripts after CC updates and OS changes, assessing impact on automation.
• Ability to analyze legacy scripts, identify defects, and refactor while preserving functionality.
• Experience implementing error handling, logging, and recovery in automation scripts.
• Experience with APIs, local file systems, and common production file formats.
• Understanding of SDLC practices and version-control workflows (Git).
• Experience diagnosing production defects within tight timelines.
• Experience developing maintainable, modular, well-documented code.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and document automation scripts for Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Troubleshoot scripts after Adobe CC updates and OS changes and assess impact on workflows.
• Automate complex production workflows including document creation, graphics manipulation and export.
• Develop scripts that interact with web APIs, local file systems, and common formats.
• Create technical docs describing architecture, dependencies, installation and limitations.
• Develop test cases and perform functional and regression testing.
• Manage project priorities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Adhere to Sponsor standards for quality, accessibility, and modern development practices.
