Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded consultant with hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform to architect enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions. You will translate technical fluency into business outcomes, working with CTOs and delivery teams to drive impactful programs.

You will design architecture, define solutions across engagements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure the solution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
